Some know him as the carrier of the avian flu. Others know him asa creature created souly for the purpose of pooping and shedding
feathers all over the place. But more than anything else, he is known
as the one and only...Pigeon Man!
One year, a pigeon (one with an abnormally large brain capacity for
a disease-carrying bird) decided that it wanted to be a super hero
after watching Spider Man though a peephole in a theater wall. After all,
if a spider could be a super hero, why couldn't he (He had not yet learned
that Spider Man was actually man, not an arachnid)? It was not long
before he donned his iconic red cape and became the featherbrained
super-bird that we all know and love (kinda).
Today he continues to fly above the bustling city of Manhattan,
besting baddies with a potent combination of contagious diseases and
annoying cooing. Now THAT'S a pigeon we can be proud of.
Ah, the things that one's brain concocts when out of ideas.
The idea for this little guy came when I was working on another
skin, (a germiphobe wearing a surgical apron and yellow sanitary gloves)
which miserably failed. Before long, my brain, going on overdrive trying to think
of something to make into a skin, gave me the avian flu-carrying super-bird.
Thank you, brain! Anyhoo, I kept the palette on the skin file as usual.
