Princess Venus from the manga/anime Sailor Moon. I'm very happy with how this came out. However I find that the dress and the hair blend together and makes it look like the hair goes down to her feet. I tried fixing that by making it darker where the hair ends, I believe it somewhat looks odd. I'll try doing all the characters, but Venus is my favorite.
