before i begin with the story NO she is not an Alien. NO she is NOT a robot or a human. SHE IS A COUNTRY. I made her a personification of a country as i could 'work' on that with all my hetaliaknowledge.
the story
In the Hetaverse (Hetalia Universe) in the Aquarius constellation near the star Sadalmelik there was a small planet. Unknown to man right now but in the future it exists and it's inhabitant's also have beings represent countries. This skin of is the country Anan, the countries name meaning of the clouds in Arabic. The countries 'sense of fashion' involved lots of blue, white, and gold as it resembled purity and resembled water they also did not like to wear shoes because well...they love water and Shoes are 'shielding' their feet from water but they wear knee guards just in case they come into contact with one of the Super sized sea creatures the country was plagued with. The Principality of Anan was also influenced by Greek and Arabic culture thus the name Anan. Anan also had tattoos representing all of the wars the country had instead of scars.she has two waves on either side of her head representing the two waves that make the Aquarius sign. If you meet Anan in real life she probably won't talk to you because countries are not supposed to interact like people as it never turns out well (See Joan of the Arc, Davie) Anan is described as being Docile but shining like a star (heheh see what i did there?) when she knows/befriends the person. She is also a great fighter,enjoys water, and can control small amounts of it (like avatar i guess xD)
