this is the pic of the drawing i did to come up with the idea 
Name:Red Lightning
Reason For Name: he is extremely fast some would even say he goes as fast as lightning.
Super Move:he is able to jump up above the clouds and then start a lightning storm witch has the color of dark red on the out side and light on the in side.
Name of the super move: The Blood of the Lightning
Reason for name of super move: When you see it it looks like it is filed with blood.
