Based on it's apperance in The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind's 2nd expansion, Bloodmoon. They live in the northern snowy regions of Solsthiem and Serve the Frost Giant, Karstaag. as Foot Soldiers, Servants, and Raiders. The Raiders are commonly seen on Tusked Bristlebacks wielding Lances. They are commonly mistaken for Falmer though they are actually a type of snow Goblin. Some are intelligent enough to speak (Dulk and Krish) though they only speak nonsense. they use furs for cloths and different things for weapons. They Reappear in the Dragonborn expansion of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
