This is a character you can unlock after finding 15 monster logs on a somewhat newish game, Risk of Rain.
She's the huntress, a character who excels in speed and kiting enemies. Maybe her suit will grant you an advantage over your prey as well?
This is my first submitted outfit, so enjoy.
