Rockman/Mega Man from the Star Force series (my personal favorite version of Mega Man).
This skin is based on his appearance in the first game.
The first in my series of Star Force skins.
I am particularly pleased with how Warrock/Omegaxis's head-cannon-buster-thingie came out.
