Runic Snow Monster

After a wandering adventurer when in search for an ancient ruins, he was in cased in a rocks after the temple collapsed, the snow and rock froze to his body due to the shear cold infusing him with the temples essence creating the runic snow monster, he walks the barren tundra looking for other adventurers, to warn them about the dangers of the frozen waste land. After many years long tentacle like stalactites formed across his head from the growing aura inside him, these are used by many creatures in alchemy but are extremely rare.
