A Saxon pirate was a more brutal version of what was to become Vikings around 500 - 800 Anno Domini. They were the siblings of Vikings, since the Saxons, was Danes that landed in England and settled there. Whilst Vikings gave he ones that they were about to pillage a ultimatum - Trade with us, let us have a-lot for a little, or we'll slaughter the lot of you. Where the Saxons - well 600 A.D wasn't as a civilized aged as around year 800. Back to point.
