In this skin, I wanted to capture the moment where Sedna emerges with her fish's tail and bloodied hands. I put a lot of effort into her tail. I wanted to capture the shimmering and glistening quality of a fish's scales. Instead of tropical, warm water mermaids, I wanted her to look half-frozen in the arctic's water. The only part of this skin that I am not satisfied with is the back of her hair.
If you would like a more traditional mermaid, I have created a version without bloodied hands:

Disclaimer: I know people will comment on this, but I have run this skin through the other mods and they do not feel that it is inappropriate. She is not 'anatomically correct', so our nudity rule does not apply (same as with 'base' skins).
