Shading test

So recently i saw a video about how to shade, so i thought that i might try skinning and shading myself, this is the result after 1 hour trying to shade, i used McSkin3D trust me i don't use those cheaty skin program.
let me know what you guys think about this :D

this skin is probably bad though :(
