This is Shay from the Uglies books (Uglies, Pretties, Specials, Extras) by Scott Westerfeld and they are my favourite books :D 300 years in the future, people live in huge cities. Littlies live with their pretty parents in Crumblyville, and at a certain age they go to live in dorms in Uglyville. These people are Uglies. On their 16th birthday most people go to have the operation to make them "pretty".
So I made a skin of Shay, one of the main characters, as a pretty :D
They have huge "pretty" eyes, full lips, their faces are symmetrical and basically everything about them is perfect and vulnerable looking. In the operation, their bones are sanded down and they get given new skin.
Crims (a clique which Tally and Shay are both in) commonly have flash tattoos, which are tattoos which swirl around with their heartbeat.

I was going to make a skin of Shay as a special too, but I'm going on holiday for two weeks tomorrow so I don't have any time :P
TL;DR She's a regular girl who had an operation at 16 to make her stupid and "pretty" which actually damaged her and made her insane, basically.
