Sorry, but I just want to say that I am really annoyed by the moderators on PMC,everything I make, is made by myself. If they say that I copy stuff from others, than I can understand why they do it, but I am not that kind of guy who copy's everything and uploads it. Maybe my skins are not that speccial or something, but I do put some work in it.
If they know every skin on this whole website, than I respect them, but they cant expect that I know all of them :(

Here is some info about my skin:
Shenron is a magical dragon from the manga Dragon Ball, as well as the anime Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT. In the English dub of Dragon Ball Z, he is mostly called the "eternal dragon" and, in the early Harmony Gold Dragon Ball English dub from the 1980s, he is known as the "Dragon God."
