Skull Kid from Majora's Mask, I figured that since I made the Fierce Deity I might as well make this. I tried to do the moving eyes but because of the yellow on the hat layer, it doesn't work quite right, but some shading should fix that :) Oh, and here is the picture of origin, for any of you who are wondering ;P
