Where the floating islands float, the skypirates flies after. Skypirates steals from the steampunkers and the People who live on floating islands. The usually have a stolen steampunker ship or uses wings or engines to make their pirate ships fly. Ruby Scarlet makes engines. She never joins a crew on a ship but calls herself a skypirate. She is actually born from steampunkers but she disguise herself as a pirate and makes fake or not working motors and engines to the pirates.
