Smile (officialy named Onii-san) from the indie horror RPG-Maker game .flow, which is a Yume Nikki (Dream Diary) fangame. Appearing in his house, the school and the corrupted school event. Also unlocks the Smile menu if you try interacting with him in his house with the Steel Pipe effect equipped.
