The Candy Cane Lord

Story
Alone is Santa's workshop, on the top far right corner, is a room full of candy canes and other Christmas sweets. In the center of the candies is the Candy Cane Lord, or the CCL for short. The CCL was hired by Santa over 200 years ago to help design a Christmas themed candy. CCL invented the candy cane for all the world to eat and see. Candy canes got very popular and CCL started making more and more, and has been doing so ever since. No one knows what the CCL really is, all they know is that he is immortal and can forever make candy canes that make the kids around the world smile.
I hope you guys like this! It took me three hours to just make the skin, and days to design it.
Note:
If you download it, it will be named Scrooge 3.0. That is because I didn't like my first entry skin so I modified it to this. So Scrooge 3.0 is THIS skin. Thanks for understanding.
