The Celeri Lamina

Part of an elite order referred to as "The Praestigiae", it's footmen, called "Celeri Lamina" are known as silent, effective and stealthy killers. Also notable is their glowing eye and mask, a gift from their god bestowed when in battle.

The "Celeri Lamina" are only permitted to execute those who have committed a grevious sin.
