The power and fury of this merciless god ravaged the land of Essos into a frozen plane of hell. The cold temperatures and icy conditions plagued the land with the people at his mercy. Justice was his foe, punishment for disobedience was death. An Arctic death seemed more pleasurable then cascading through the trenches of the cold and ice. God of the Arctic dead wasn't a god but an evil ruler blinded by greed, power and blood.
