The Overseer

Vault 4's purpose was to establish a Militia like group after the great war, after being filled with mostly law enforcement, Military and Mercenaries. But instead of that they turned in to a viscous band of Raiders attacking everybody that's not from a vault. The Overseer was put in charge of running "the Militia." Of all The Militia they are assigned Special VaultTec power armor but The Overseer's armor is different packed with cloaking capabilities, Electric gloves and Speed and Jump boosts. The current Militia Overseer is Mike Oswald.

(This is a custom Character, Boss and group for my upcoming Fallout adventure map i will be posting more skins for my map and a texture pack so if you have any suggestions for skins or side quests for my adventure map post a comment thank you for viewing my skins guys!!! :D )
