This is a skin for which portrays Herobrine's power to create chaos apon all. It shows that he controls all the evil mobs of Minecraft. This skin is the shadow of Herobrine himself. He is the Minecraft God of Chaos.
His head has separate faces on it:

Back: Creeper
Right Side: Skeleton
Left Side: Zombie
Top: Zombie Pigman
Bottom: Spider
