Well, my very first contest entry, fingers crossed! I based the description off of some oldsic-fi DVDs I happen to have, mainly the MST3K Gamera box set and a few other cheesy space movies I had lying around. The skin itself was pretty much me throwing Commando Cody (Not to be confused with Commander Codyfrom Star Wars), the Russian Cosmonauts, and Guy-Manuel de Hohem-Cristo from Daft Punk in a blender and like how it turned out. I used several different shading techniques for this. And of course...
