This is the skin version of Toa Gali from the discontinued LEGO franchise, Bionicle.
Gali was the wise and powerful Toa Mata of Water and part of the team tasked with awakening the Great Spirit Mata Nui. After being exposed to Energized Protodermis, she was transformed into the Toa Nuva of Water.
