This is the skin version of Toa Hahli Mahri from the discontinued LEGO franchise, Bionicle.
Hahli was a shy and diligent Ga-Matoran native to Metru Nui who later became one of the Chroniclers of the island of Mata Nui. She became the Toa Inika of Water and is currently the Toa Mahri of Water.
