This is the skin version of Toa Kopaka Nuva from the discontinued LEGO franchise, Bionicle.
Kopaka was the calculating and independent Toa Mata of Ice and deputy leader of the team tasked with awakening the Great Spirit Mata Nui. After being exposed to Energized Protodermis, he was transformed into the Toa Nuva of Ice.
