This is the skin version of Toa Onua Nuva from the discontinued LEGO franchise, Bionicle.
Onua was the reserved and reflective Toa Mata of Earth and part of the team tasked with awakening the Great Spirit Mata Nui. After being exposed to Energized Protodermis, he was transformed into the Toa Nuva of Earth.
