This is the skin version of Toa Pohatu Nuva from the discontinued LEGO franchise, Bionicle.
Pohatu was the cheerful and brave Toa Mata of Stone and part of the team tasked with awakening the Great Spirit Mata Nui. After being exposed to Energized Protodermis, he was transformed into the Toa Nuva of Stone.
