This is the skin version of Toa Tahu Nuva from the discontinued LEGO franchise, Bionicle.
Tahu is the hot-headed but selfless Toa Mata of Fire and leader of the Toa team tasked with awakening the Great Spirit Mata Nui. After being exposed to Energized Protodermis, he was transformed into a Toa Nuva. However, he was eventually reverted back to his original form by the Kanohi Ignika.
