This is the skin version of Toa Vakama from the discontinued LEGO franchise, Bionicle.
Vakama was a Ta-Matoran Mask Maker, the Toa Metru of Fire, and briefly the Toa Hordika of Fire. He later became one of the Turaga ofMata Nui along with the other Toa Metru, and later one of the seven Turaga of Metru Nui.
