This is the skin version of Toa Whenua from the discontinued LEGO franchise, Bionicle.
Whenua was a cautious Onu-Matoran Archivist native to Metru Nui who became the Toa Metru of Earth, and briefly the Toa Hordika of Earth. He later became one of the Turaga of Mata Nui along with the other Toa Metru, and was one of the Turaga of Metru Nui beforeTeridax's reign began.
