Tohka Yatogami from Dat A Live! I haven't personally watched the anime, but this seemed like a nice request to do for someone in the Requests section of the forum. A request from pokemonrulez25! :)
I tried some new hue-shifting in her hair and think it turned out pretty good. I might use that in future hair styles. :)
