Tracks, Hubcap and Cliff Jumper decide to form their own team. The Snipers. Lead by Long Range Specialist Cliff Jumper, Aerial Reconnisance Tracks and Ninja Warrior Hubcap form the new team and thanks to some junkion allies aquire the ability to combine into Rapidtracks.
