Uligree goddess of color

:33< uligree is the one who paints the rainbows. After it rains or pours she uses the sky as her canvas, and creates works of art. She loves to watch people smile at her work. She often sits on clouds above her art watching people grin.
She also helps paint the flowers. When they begin to sprout petals she uses her paintbrush to coat them with a beautiful color of her choice. So when you see a beautiful flower, or an amazing rainbow, smile for uligree.
