Victor Wolcott was a British doctor, famous for his healing hand on badly injured british soldiers. There are sources claiming he was able to keep them away from death with mysterical elixiers, which he obtained through years and years of occult experiments, and even cruel experiments on living human bodies.As an Avatar in the Animus Project, he is obviously more useful in killing than in healing.
