This is Virgil Tracy from Thunderbirds, a very large piece of my childhood was spent watching the TV show. 
This is also the first skin I have posted in a very long time as I have been very busy with my personal life and more recently, very busy here on PMC. I have gone for a different style of shading from what I normally do, I would really like some feedback on whether you think it is better or worse than what I normally upload.
