A character from an upcoming film. He is a waste raider who plunders the vast valleys of trash in search of runaways he can capture and, well, eat, torture, sell, abuse, or kill, and all for pleasure.
He has no face. The evil things these raiders do torment their bodies and have wiped all personality from their being.
