Wither skeleton *Credit to captconan*

I used this(with permission) from captconan's skin and tried to make it look slightly more like the skeleton's arms and legs, plus transparencies. I did not steal this from the original creator (Mojang) or captconan (uploader)

soooooo........I tried the transparencies, and it didn't work, so this time I just highlighted it with magical lightning that shows reanimation of the corpse's decayed bones.(the blue on the eyes and around the head is on the helmet, not the head itself, for those lacking the previewer.
