The Wizard of Ice was once a normal person, but he was attacked by a ploar bear that ripped his face off,

the people of the city thought he was dead and left him but he was alive a witch took him and healed him but at a caust,his hands would have to be claws, he would have to live frozen cold life and neither dead nor alive.
