XZ 99005- The Lonely Robot

The year is 2689, the earth is in ruins after hundreds of years of war, pollution and over population. Earth is home to 15 billion citizens, 65% are malnourished. The Earth no longer is green with grass blue with ocean, but brown with trash and mega city's.
A scientist named Wallace L. Swaggington new that humans would be extinct in a matter of decades, so he built a robot. This robot would travel through galaxies searching for life. The robot would guide the beings and help them not make the same mistakes that humanity made. These would be an improved versions of humans or in other words thesuccessors of humans.
Dr.Swaggington's robot launched in 2697, 65 years later Earth became uninhabitable. XZ 9905 was been searching unknown reaches of the galaxy when a huge meteorite knocked him off course now he is drifting through space, never to be found. Alone for eternity.
