Looking for a Skin using the new format.

I am looking for a new custom skin, but I want something unique and original something that You, the creator designed. I do have a base and colors I would like to see, but I really want your creationism to show.

Also I would like it using he new Format with the layers..

here is what I would like for the base, and colors that I would like used, please note that you don;t have to use all of the colors, just some of them, also variations of the color are fine too.

Base:

Brown hair, preferably with light brown highlights.
Green or Purple eyes.
Must be female, so long hair big eyes, make it look female...

Clothing, I like simple, medieval, fantasy, anime styled.

colors I'd like to see, Greens, Purples, Black, Pinks, cyan, teal.

I would love it if someone could make me a new custom and unique skin.
