It's a cloud. That's it. No further explanation should be required as clouds are abundant and everyone should know what they are. It is a cloud.
This cloud flies slightly higher than most clouds as that happens sometimes.
As described by wikipedia: "...a cloud is a visible mass of liquid droplets or frozen crystals made of water or various chemicals suspended in the atmosphere above the surface of a planetary body."
