This mythical being is the personification of a storm. Appearing in both Greek and Roman mythology, these spirits always have a bad temper. Sometimes appearing in the form of a horse, these spirits would rampage through entire cities, causing a mess where ever they went. Other times appearing in a humanoid form. (This will be a contest entry)
