I added many tweaks including the bows at the sides, and I took off the chest I had on his/her back. By removing the 2nd head layer he becomes she. This is V1.3, not V3 because they were just little tweaks, not complete changes to the overall look. Covered in seaweed for "Life" at High Seas effect.
