Submitted for the Above the Clouds Skin Contest. 

This young harpy princess is next in line for the throne. She has large, feathered wings instead of arms, with which she flys in the sky, and sharp, clawed talons with which she hunts. She is highly respected amongst the harpy tribes that inhabit the skies, and is proclaimed to be the next great queen to bring a golden age amongst her peoples.
