Be careful of what you throw in the garbage...
Living in the sewers, this creature has been living off whatever goes through the watery systems of the underground. It covers its face with a trash bag, and has a frashlight strapped to it to substitute its bad eye. It has a glove and papers to cover a wounded arm and a stone prosthectic arm on its left. It wears cardboard pants and a single shoe with a ripped sole. One of its legs has a gigantic wound in it, and the flash around it is very rotted. Not much else is known about this creature; only its appearance. Could you be one to master it?
