This was based off the character 'Leblanc - the Deceiver' from League of Legends. I do not
own the character, and the skin was made to resemble Leblanc's classic skin.
Notes: Includes use of the second armor layer. It should look like the actual underpart without them, only exception is that the back/under corner of her head is coloured black. Therefore, if turning into a 64x32 skin, it is recommended you keep the hat layer.
Yes, Leblanc's first name was Evaine but now it is Emilia, I don't know..
