If you don't know what Fairy Kei is, it's a cutesy Japanese street fashion! Wearers of it generally have different cute layers and lots of colours - like this skin! You'll also commonly see characters like My Little Ponies or Care Bears, even Barbie logos!
With this being a Minecraft skin, of course, I didn't have much room for detail. I hope it at least somewhat resembles the fashion, even if a more casual version c:
