This is Prescott Balbo he is a pirate that once sailed the seven seas. He stole the rare silver coin of the mysterious pirate Ray Ron Gou'l when he stoped at turtle beach, Cayman Island. Within a night he turned into a ghost could not feel his heart beat but only hear it. Now he sails with his crew stealing and sinking as many ships as they please as they are unable to die so their rampage has continued to the 21st century. The government's call them "somalian pirates" but they are hiding the truth captain philips was not kidnapped by poor somalian men with poor hygiene but instead GHOSTS!
