To where in meetings,battles and any Justicar base.
To Join the Justicars,there are multiple ways:
1.Email [email protected] with the E-mail title:Justicar Application
2.Message Venrus
3.Comment of the Register forum
4.Go to the Justicar Recruitment centre
5.Go to the Justicar Website
6.Register on the site and go to Enlist now.
