Mattock is a character I made up, he was in the Asylum for something he did. (Not gonna name now till I make the full story clear enough!) He wears chains on his arms, legs and his chest, and he wears a mask made of steel, it only covers his face so he can let his hair cover over it as well. He wears more then just this mask tho...he hates it when people look at him, so he just wears it to hide what he did to his face.
